Former "Charmed" witch Shannen Doherty hasn't lived a charmed life when it comes to cars. The actress was involved in a car accident in Malibu, Calif., on Monday, Feb. 13 but wasn't seriously injured.

Doherty was tooling along Pacific Coast Highway when she made a left turn and struck a Mustang driven by James Warren Paul, reports TMZ.com. The other driver was taken from the crash site to Santa Monica hospital.

Law enforcement officers say that Doherty was cited for the accident, and although she complained of some pain, she refused treatment.

Doherty hasn't had the best track record with the law. Since the early 1990s, she's been charged with battery for attacking another actress, sentenced to anger management counseling for smashing a beer bottle on a stranger's car window and given probation for drunk driving.

Unfortunately, she's also had drama with her career, earning a reputation for being "difficult" for premature departures from "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Charmed." More recently she appeared as a guest star on the short-lived "North Shore" and was replaced in the pilot of UPN's "Love, Inc." by Busy Philipps. She last appeared in the TV disaster flick "Category 7: The End of the World" in November.

Her big screen credits include "Heathers" and "Mallrats."
